Anyone familiar with the early days of TSLA will know that Elon was incredibly skilled at getting "free" money from the government to address early capital requirements. While $ASTS is fully funded, there is a high likelihood the Company receives government grants to address rural broadband access. With the potential receipt of $900MM (my guess), $ASTS shares would benefit immensely from non-dilutive capital to fund subsequent phases of the project.
